Auventra, operated by Mocube Consulting Inc., offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at support@auventra.app and we will assist you in processing the refund through Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
